- click on globe - display meridian and parallel

- alt+move cursor on chart - display longitude and latitude
- ctrl+move cursor - display closest site name and distance
- click on canvas first quadrant but outside the globe - same as "B"
- click on canvas second quadrant but outside the globe - same as "U"
